Elisa Home Sdn Bhd (“Elisa Home”) is a 100% wholly-owned subsidiary of Spring Art Holdings Berhad (“Spring Art”) which incorporated on 12 November 2020. ELISA carried the meaning of
E-commerce Live In Spring Art”.
Elisa Home Sdn Bhd supplies the ready-to-assemble (“RTA”) furniture such as study desk, chest, night stand, bookcase and etc to fulfil every customer to load market through our own sales platform and also other e-commerce partners such as Lazada and Shopee in Malaysia.
Currently, Spring Art Industries Sdn Bhd is sole supplier for Elisa Home Sdn Bhd. This is the first time that Spring Art involved in conducting business-to consumer (“B2C”) e-commerce business. We believe that the new marketing B2C strategy is the business trend moving forward.
